We founded KidoCouch with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Disclaimer
KidoCouch is to be used for recreational purposes. As such, neither the proprietors nor representatives of KidoCouch shall be liable for any claim or liability for any damage, whether direct or consequential, or injury or death arising from the use or misuse or non-recommended use or due to use emanating from own discretion of KidoCouch.
Returns and Refunds
Defective or Damaged Goods Claims will be accepted by KidoCouch
Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Contact us at info@jollytrolley for any KidoCouchs being returned under a valid warranty claim.
If the warranty is approved KidoCouch will contact the customer to make further arrangements.
Cost of goods returning with courier will be at the customers cost
If a KidoCouch is returned under warranty KidoCouch will either:
Repair: The KidoCouch will be repaired as arranged. If the damage is not from a manufacturing default KidoCouch will quote the customer first on the cost repairing the KidoCouch.
Replace with a new KidoCouch: At KidoCouchs discretion faulty KidoCouch can be replaced with an exact same model.
Refund: Handling fee of 20% of the value of the goods will be charge for refunds. Refunds will be done 7 days after the refund was approved. All refund requests must me emailed to info@kidocouch.co.za
Warranty
KidoCouch models are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer’s defect and not use and abuse.
Kidocouch foam are covered by a 5 year warranty against manufacturer’s defect and not use and abuse.
KidoCouch reserve the right to inspect any warranty claim and reject claims which do not fall under a valid manufacturers defect claim.
